SMS & RCS Terms of Service

By opting in to receive text messages (SMS and RCS) from ReelCowboy LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Description

ReelCowboy LLC provides text alerts to keep barrel racers, contestants, and fans updated without the hassle of digging through social media. Messages include instant notifications when run footage and event links are ready, weekend schedules, and important updates regarding our videography services.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary based on event schedules, weekend competitions, and when your specific runs or highlights drop.

3. Cost & Carrier Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. Depending on your mobile carrier and text plan, you may incur charges for sending or receiving text messages. ReelCowboy LLC is not responsible for any charges billed by your mobile provider.

4. How to Opt-Out (Stop)

You can cancel the SMS/RCS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number you received messages from. Once you send "STOP", you will receive a confirmation text, and you will no longer receive messages from us unless you re-opt in.

5. How to Get Help (Support)

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program or need assistance, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact us directly through our website at realcowboy.rodeo.

6. Supported Carriers

Carriers like AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most minor regional carriers are generally supported. However, carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy

Your mobile number and personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will never be sold or shared with third parties.
