These Terms of Service apply to all ReelCowboy packages, add‑ons, and custom projects. By booking a session or purchasing a package, the client agrees to the following:

1. Booking & Payment

• A non‑refundable deposit may be required to secure your shoot date.

• Remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final content unless otherwise agreed.

• Prices listed are base rates and may vary depending on travel, event conditions, or custom requests.

2. What’s Included

Each package includes the deliverables listed in the package description.
If additional add ons are desired we can discuss options at any time. 

Raw footage includes:

• Unedited video files

• Unedited photo gallery

• Vertical‑ready raw footage (for packages that include it)

Edited photos are selected from your favorites within your photo gallery.

3. Turnaround Time

• Standard delivery is 7–10 days after the final shoot day.

• Rush Delivery (48 hours) is available as an add‑on.

• Larger packages or multi‑day shoots may require additional time.

4. Revisions

• Edited photos include one round of minor adjustments (color, crop, exposure).

• Video edits include one round of minor revisions (timing, text, clip swaps).

• Major changes or additional revisions may incur extra fees.

5. Usage Rights

Clients receive full personal and promotional use rights for all delivered content.

This includes:

• Social media

• Websites

• Sponsor submissions

• Personal branding

• Business marketing (for riders, trainers, or western brands)

ReelCowboy retains the right to use any footage or photos for:

• Portfolio

• Social media

• Website

• Advertising

• Future promotions

If a client requires exclusive rights, this must be discussed and priced separately.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non‑refundable.

• Shoots may be rescheduled due to weather, unsafe conditions, or arena restrictions.

• If the client cancels within 48 hours of the shoot time, a rescheduling fee may apply.

7. Refund Policy (Revised & Polished)

Refunds are only issued in the event of:

• Technical errors caused by ReelCowboy that prevent delivery of usable content.

Refunds are not issued for:

• Personal appearance concerns

• Performance issues

• Changes of mind after content has been delivered

8. Delivery Method

All content is delivered digitally via a private link.
Legacy Packages include a complete, organized brand kit with labeled folders for easy posting.

Hard‑drive delivery is available as an add‑on.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Arrive on time

• Communicate any special requests before the shoot

• Select their favorite photos for editing within the provided timeframe

• Ensure horses, tack, and attire are ready for filming

10. Custom Build Projects

Custom packages start at $1,000+ and are priced based on:

• Scope

• Travel

• Editing complexity

• Number of deliverables

• Add‑ons requested

A written estimate will be provided before work begins.

Here’s how I handle travel when the road calls for a longer ride:

• Mileage: Travel is billed at $0.50 per mile, round‑trip from Asheville, NC.

• Hotel: If an overnight stay is required, the client is responsible for the cost of a standard hotel room.

• Airfare: For long‑distance or out‑of‑state bookings, airfare may be required and will be billed at cost.

• Rental Car: If flying or if the location requires additional transportation, a rental car may be added and billed at cost.

Shared Travel: When multiple clients are booked at the same event, travel expenses may be split evenly.
